Honestly pretty happy with my purchase from Grandeur. The quality is solid and shipping was faster than I expected. Only hiccup was one of the glass arrived with a small crack, but I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement within like 3 days. Can’t really complain about that kind of response time. Would order again.
Pretty good, no major complaints. Took about a week to arrive which is reasonable. Quality seems legit – we’ll see how it holds up over time but so far so good. Instructions could’ve been a bit clearer but I figured it out. Worth the money in my opinion.
10/10 experience with Grandeur! We ordered cabinets for our kitchen remodel and they’re exactly what we were looking for. The quality is even better in person than in the photos. Shipping was quick considering it’s a full kitchen worth of cabinets, packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition. The two-tone look with the white lowers and wood uppers turned out amazing. I did a ton of research before buying and compared so many cabinet companies, and I’m so glad we went with Grandeur. The price is fair for what you’re getting, especially for this level of quality. Our contractor said they’re really well-made too. Already recommended them to my brother who’s planning his own kitchen renovation next spring!

Ordered chandelier and cabinets along with countertops. Everything fits perfectly and looks great. Also appreciated the follow-up email checking if everything arrived okay. We’ve been working with Grandeur for our new build and have been blown away by everything. Got our exterior doors, garage door, and all the trim work through them. Everything has been top quality and their pricing was fair. The sales rep was super knowledgeable and helped us pick the right products for our climate. Deliveries have all been on time which has been critical for our build schedule. Already planning to use them for the deck materials too. A+ experience!
I was a little skeptical at first because of the price point, but Grandeur really delivered. Everything came as described. There was actually a damaged corner on one of the panels when it arrived, but I contacted them and they handled it right away without any hassle. Didn’t even have to return the damaged one first. That kind of customer service is rare these days. Definitely recommend.
Ordered new interior doors for our whole main floor from Grandeur. The quality is seriously impressive. Solid, heavy, and the finish is flawless. Way better than the builder grade stuff we had before. They came pre-hung which made installation so much easier.
Just wrapped up our bathroom renovation with Grandeur and it turned out beautiful! The cabinets are solid wood, not particle board like a lot of the big box store options. Shipping was fast and everything was packaged really well. My husband installed them himself and said they were straightforward to work with. The finish matches perfectly, and they look like they cost way more than we paid. We ordered bathroomware from them too and quality is impressive. Will definitely use Grandeur for our basement project next year!
